Terms of Use

The terms that govern use of the Bakersfield Home Services directory website.

The service

Bakersfield Home Services is an independent directory and referral service, not a pest control or HVAC contractor. The professionals reachable through this site are independent businesses. Any agreement for work is between you and the professional you engage.

Information on this site

Service and guide content is general educational material. It is not a quote, a diagnosis or a promise of results. The scope of any real work is set by the professional's on-site inspection.

Acceptable use

Use this site to find and contact pest control and HVAC professionals for your own property or a property you manage. Do not use the directory to harvest contact details for unrelated marketing.

Liability

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but we do not warrant the work of independent professionals. Your dealings with a professional are your own.

Changes

Updates to these terms will be posted on this page.
